2023 Professional Equality Index for Women and Men

For the first year Pharmasys is communicating its professional gender equality index, because yes this value is our priority.

This index measures gender differences and inequalities in treatment in companies with more than 50 employees. Below you will find all the data that makes up the index for the year 2024 under 2023 data.

Score details :

  • Pay gap indicator: 39/40
  • Indicator relating to the difference in the rate of individual increases: 25/35
  • Indicator relating to the percentage of employees who received an increase in the year following their return from maternity leave: Not calculable
  • Indicator relating to the number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 employees who received the highest remuneration: 5/10

For a TOTAL of 81/100

Although this score is respectable, we are looking to improve it. To do this, here are the actions we want to take:

Pay gap indicator : the objective is to get closer to 40 points by limiting this gap to less than 0.2%, especially in favor of women.

Indicator: difference in the rate of individual increases : adopt a methodology to promote the reduction of differences in the distribution of the envelope for individual increases by paying particular attention to women in each socio-professional category.

Indicator ten highest salaries : the objective is to obtain 10 points by having at least 4 women among the 10 highest paid.

Ensuring a fair and equitable wage policy between women and men is essential. We are therefore continuing our actions to eliminate wage differences, with a particular focus on employees returning from maternity or paternity leave.
